Marnie Donovan was born and raised in the Ottawa area growing up in Alta Vista.

Marnie's top priority is her family, friends, community & the people who are in it. Marnie spends a lot of time giving back to her community through volunteering & raising funds for various charities and causes. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with her animals, mountain biking, hiking, spinning and practicing yoga.

Marnie kick started her career in business at a young age firstly owning her own Second Cup Franchise where in the seven years won numerous National Awards for her work in the community and sales achievement. It wasn't shortly after that she would join her husband in real estate to create a family grown business that in hopes her two sons would join in the future.

Marnie has an excellent business sense with skills & abilities to working with buyers & sellers from all over the Ottawa-Carleton region. Her adaptability in any situation and understanding go above and beyond due to her passion for real estate and helping those in her community to find the perfect home. Her listening & communication skills provide clients with a greater understanding of the real estate market, process & procedures when purchasing or selling a home.
